My Story
Energy healing isn’t just something I teach—it’s something that helped me find my way back to myself.
After years of navigating chronic pain and being diagnosed with what felt like everything under the sun, I found myself searching for something deeper—something that addressed not just the body, but the mind, energy, and nervous system as a whole. Through energy healing, subconscious reprogramming, and nervous system work, I began to shift patterns, reconnect with my body, and experience a new way of being.
That journey changed everything. What started as personal healing became a path of deeper understanding—integrating both spiritual practices and grounded approaches like mindset work, neuroscience, and subconscious transformation.
